This is a light weight cotton flannel shirt. Yes...order a size smaller. The 'Cool Gray Large Plaid' is actually a light green background with green and black stripes. It appeared more 'white' with greenish blue stripes on my monitor but I'm pleased with the actual colors of the shirt. Seems well made and there is very little (if any) shrinkage.6' 1" AND 185 LBS. NORMAL SIZE IS XTRA LARGE BUT ALL LARGE SHIRTS FROM COLUMBIA FIT PERFECTLY.fits wellI have every color. 'Nuff said!Great mid-weight flannel for camping or fishing. Runs the same as other PFG shirts (slightly larger than other brands).
